About This Role
- Lead design and development of backend systems primarily in APL, transitioning toward cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance investment management software solutions, contributing from architecture to delivery.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical planning, and agile practices to ensure quality, reliability, and maintainability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong experience in C#/.NET (Core/Framework) backend development including APIs, services, and integrations.
- Proficiency with Git, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code review processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with object-oriented design, architecture patterns, and pragmatic coding in complex backend systems.
- Comfortable working in agile, international environments with collaboration across multiple teams.
- Eager and able to learn APL programming language; prior APL experience not required but curiosity and adaptability are essential.
