Prior APL experience is not required but willingness to learn APL is mandatory; training is provided.
Experienced engineer with a solid foundation in software architecture and backend development, comfortable leading technical design and execution in an agile environment.
Demonstrates capability to mentor and guide teams, ensuring code quality and architectural standards are met across distributed international teams.
Familiarity with FinTech or regulated industries, and exposure to vector-based or functional programming languages is advantageous for adapting to APL and product domain.
