About This Role
- Assist in deployment, configuration, and maintenance of physical servers and virtual machines across multiple environments including client locations.
- Support infrastructure operations including server management, network configuration, endpoint security, monitoring, backups, and IT asset management.
- Provide first-level technical support, assist with OS administration across Windows, Linux, macOS, and gain exposure to application platform support including frontend, backend, and full-stack application infrastructure.
Minimum Requirements
- Basic knowledge or academic/project exposure in Frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Backend development (REST APIs, at least one backend language like Java, Python, Node.js), and Full-Stack concepts.
- Technical understanding of infrastructure including Linux/Ubuntu, Windows, virtualization, servers, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/Wi-Fi), and basic cybersecurity concepts.
- Educational qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or BCA/MCA or equivalent IT qualification; Freshers and recent graduates eligible.
- Work Experience Required: Fresher / Recent Graduate / Intern; No prior professional work experience explicitly mentioned.
