Operate and support Microsoft Azure and hybrid infrastructure environments focusing on availability, scalability, security, and operational excellence for global business platforms.
Provide L2/L3 infrastructure support including incident, problem, and change management while participating in 24x7 on-call rotations.
Drive cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, automation (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep), and security compliance within a global capability center setting.
4-8 years of work experience in Infrastructure, Systems, or Cloud Engineering roles.
Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure services (Azure VMs, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, Azure Storage, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics) and hybrid infrastructure including Windows & Linux servers, Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Storage, Backup, and Networking fundamentals.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
Bachelor of Engineering (BTech/BE) degree required.
Experience operating in global, follow-the-sun delivery models and collaborating with global IT, cloud, security, and application teams.
Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency through automation and standardization in Azure-first environments within large-scale or enterprise platforms.
Familiarity with enterprise compliance, security best practices, and GCC (Global Capability Center) operations; Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305) are advantageous.
