Own preparation and upload of monthly manufacturing and supply chain performance data including actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
Coordinate manufacturing supply chain Opex cost forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis with Finance team to support plant managers' decision-making.
Lead simplification and automation of reporting using Power BI, manage manufacturing and supply chain KPIs, and ensure compliance with global standards.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word.
Basic ERP knowledge with experience in SAP; understanding of operational excellence approaches.
Experience in manufacturing and supply chain analytics with ability to integrate financial and operational data.
Capability to independently analyze risks, drive action plans, and troubleshoot process issues with minimal supervision.
Comfortable managing and automating business intelligence reporting and delivering presentations for local and global stakeholders.
