About This Role
- Own preparation and upload of monthly manufacturing and supply chain performance data including actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate manufacturing supply chain Opex cost forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis with Finance team to support plant managers' decision-making.
- Lead simplification and automation of reporting using Power BI, manage manufacturing and supply chain KPIs, and ensure compliance with global standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Basic ERP knowledge with experience in SAP; understanding of operational excellence approaches.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in manufacturing and supply chain analytics with ability to integrate financial and operational data.
- Capability to independently analyze risks, drive action plans, and troubleshoot process issues with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable managing and automating business intelligence reporting and delivering presentations for local and global stakeholders.
