About This Role
- Manage day-to-day execution of B2B and quick-commerce deliveries ensuring timely and compliant product movement.
- Coordinate delivery slots, purchase orders, warehouse dispatch, and logistics partners to minimize dispatch delays and maintain service levels.
- Monitor operational KPIs such as Vehicle Turnaround Time, On-Time Delivery, and slot rejection rates; troubleshoot execution issues rapidly.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B operations, distribution, logistics, or order fulfillment.
- Experience with quick-commerce, e-commerce, FMCG, D2C, or retail operations preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/WMS or logistics dashboards.
- Work Experience Required: 2–5 years in relevant operations roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Operationally strong with hands-on experience managing B2B purchase orders, delivery slot coordination, and warehouse dispatch.
- Experienced in cross-functional coordination between warehouses, logistics providers, and platform teams in fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented and capable of tracking and resolving operational exceptions to meet SLA and performance metrics.
