About This Role
- Own design and maintenance of event-based foundational data models and key business metrics as the single source of truth.
- Build and scale self-serve analytics tools, dashboards, and monitoring systems to enable independent stakeholder access to data insights.
- Lead integration of AI capabilities into analytics workflows and ensure data accuracy through monitoring, alerting, and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building and scaling data models, pipelines, and self-serve analytics systems.
- Expert-level SQL and experience with DBT or equivalent data transformation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with BI/self-serve tools such as Amplitude, Mode, or Looker.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant data analytics roles.

- Proven track record in building scalable data systems and driving broad adoption of self-serve analytics products.
- Experienced in designing and operationalizing event-based data models with strong focus on data reliability and validation.
- Skilled at translating complex data concepts for diverse stakeholders and integrating AI/ML tools to improve analytics workflows.
