Minimum Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a Master's degree.
Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience.
At least 1 year of multi-national shared services stakeholder management experience.
Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office; automation experience (OCR, RPA, AI) is preferable but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operational finance functions including P2P, O2C, and R2R processes.
Comfortable working in a multi-national shared services environment with diverse stakeholders.
Capable of managing end-to-end accounting processes and driving automation and process improvement initiatives.
