Manage lease abstraction processes including new setups, renewals, assignments, and modifications to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Serve as escalation point for lease administration queries for property managers, clients, and offshore teams; maintain lease data accuracy and quality assurance.
Lead system and data management for MRI and CALA tools, conduct audits, and drive process improvements in lease administration functions.
Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA) or MBA with 3-5 years of Property Management experience including lease abstraction expertise.
Strong knowledge of Property related functions and Retail Shop Lease Act is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with MRI lease administration tool and advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word required.
Location: On-site in Gurugram; Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Experienced in lease administration in commercial real estate with strong understanding of lease documentation and legal interpretation.
Able to work independently with high accountability and handle escalations effectively across teams.
Proven project management skills with focus on process improvement and data accuracy in fast-paced operational environment.
