About This Role
- Lead complex Industry Cloud implementations in Lifesciences, providing expert technical architecture and solution design guidance.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Lifesciences Industry Clouds, advising on technology strategy and product best practices.
- Drive customer success through innovative problem-solving, tailoring architecture and solutions to meet customer needs and facilitate adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in technology solution design with 5+ years in software/system/enterprise architecture within Lifesciences domain.
- Expertise in Salesforce products, platform capabilities, and large-scale SaaS/PaaS implementations including multi-tenancy and security.
- Certifications required: Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer 1, JavaScript Developer.
- Experience with OmniStudio components and integration of Salesforce with external systems via APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
