10+ years experience designing and delivering modern, distributed software systems.
5+ years experience leading high-performing engineering teams, including globally distributed/offshore teams.
Experience building platform-based solutions with measurable business impact.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with platform and ecosystem-level thinking across customer journeys and partner integrations in acquisition and underwriting domain.
Strong technical depth in distributed systems, microservices, API platforms, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native platforms such as Kubernetes and API gateways.
Proven ability to translate business strategy into technology outcomes and manage complex, multi-stakeholder delivery in regulated financial services environment.
