Drive business growth and revenue by developing and executing business development strategies across an assigned zone.
Build, maintain, and leverage relationships with corporates, CFOs, finance teams, rating agencies, and other key stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
Lead and manage the Business Development team in the zone, including mentoring relationship managers, managing pipeline from lead generation to mandate closure, and coordinating with internal teams for execution.
10–12 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within a Credit Rating Agency or Rating Advisory firm.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of the credit rating ecosystem and rating advisory business.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding business and revenue targets in credit rating or related financial services.
Experience leading and mentoring business development or relationship management teams, indicating strong leadership skills at a zonal/regional level.
Ability to manage complex client relationships and strategic negotiations with corporates and financial stakeholders in a structured financial advisory environment.
