Manage mid to large IT and digital transformation projects including planning, coordination, effort estimation, reporting, and execution.
Analyze and improve business processes focusing on throughput, quality, operations, and forecasting; develop and implement efficient 'To Be' processes.
Prepare dashboards and metrics for program management and executive presentations; support decision-making through data analysis and project recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience in IT, operations, and finance with exposure to project and program management.
Graduate qualification required; MBA or equivalent master’s (preferably from Tier II B-Schools) strongly preferred.
Mandatory skill: Geographic Information Systems (Maps).
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana. Shift: Currently regular day shift with weekends off; potential future rotational shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, QA, and Operations in fast-paced environments.
Strong analytical skills applied to process analysis, forecasting, financial analysis, and metric/dashboard preparation.
Familiarity with or ability to learn SQL/PL-SQL and interest in leveraging automation to improve work efficiency.
