Source, screen, and manage end-to-end recruitment of healthcare professionals for US staffing roles including RN, LPN, CNA, Allied Health, Therapy, Pharmacy, Lab, Imaging, and Respiratory Therapy.
Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and onboarding support.
Maintain accurate candidate and submission records in CEIPAL or ATS systems.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of US Healthcare Recruitment experience.
Experience recruiting for nursing, allied health, therapy, pharmacy, lab, or imaging roles preferred.
On-site work location in Begumpet, Hyderabad, India with US/Night Shift schedule.
Experience with ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, MSP, or VMS platforms preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to handle full lifecycle recruitment in US clinical and allied healthcare domains.
Operational focus on candidate sourcing, screening, compliance checks (licenses, certifications), and follow-ups.
Experience working in fast-paced, US-shift recruitment environment with healthcare staffing platforms.
