Product Manager - AI

Own the roadmap and capabilities of Clayface AI analyst to answer consumer brand insights questions accurately and reliably.

Design and manage the multi-step AI workflow integrating data sourcing, analysis, validation, and explanation to handle real-world messy data and varied customer questions.

Ensure quality and trust by defining, measuring, and validating answer accuracy, traceability, and data handling to meet enterprise standards.

Minimum 5 years in product management, including at least one AI product or feature with real user engagement and measurable outcomes.

Hands-on experience with AI products: prompt writing, reviewing AI output critically, and troubleshooting errors.

Working understanding of AI product workflows, multi-step processes, data integration, and common failure modes.

Proficiency in SQL or BI tools; capable of technical discussions with engineers about trade-offs, costs, and data dependencies.

Experienced in AI product management with direct involvement in evaluating and iterating AI outputs based on evidence and quality metrics.

Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, sales, and customer success to connect product features to customer outcomes and business impact.

Familiar with consumer goods or market research data and product scenarios involving multiple messy data sources and B2B enterprise customer requirements.
