Hands-on experience supporting Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), AGVs, warehouse automation, industrial automation, or robotics solutions.
Willingness to travel approximately 15–20% to customer sites.
Strong technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills across software, hardware, embedded systems, and networking within robotics environments.
Experience working with Linux, ROS, and scripting languages such as Python or Bash to build operational tools and dashboards.
Comfortable operating at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering teams, managing complex technical issues in mission-critical automation setups.
