Administer, configure, and optimize the Cornerstone OnDemand HCM platform modules including Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation, and Employee Development.
Provide day-to-day system support including troubleshooting, data integrity maintenance, report/dashboard development, and user support.
Lead system upgrades, testing, deployment, and assist with process automation and system enhancements based on HR stakeholder requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience supporting HR systems, HCM platforms, or enterprise business applications.
Experience supporting Cornerstone OnDemand strongly preferred; experience with other HCM/Talent Management platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) also considered.
Ability to produce reports and analyze data with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Hands-on experience configuring and supporting the Cornerstone OnDemand platform with solid understanding of Talent Management and Performance Management processes.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Experienced in collaborating with HR to gather business requirements for system optimizations, enhancements, and training delivery.
