Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for indirect spend categories focused on MICE and Employee Travel, including RFPs, negotiations, supplier selection, and contract execution.
Drive cost optimization, supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and ensure procurement policy compliance within indirect sourcing.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to execute sourcing strategies, support spend analysis, supplier benchmarking, and contribute to procurement transformation initiatives.

Strong strategic sourcing and negotiation skills within indirect categories related to Travel and MICE services.
Ability to manage supplier relationships and lead sourcing projects in a cross-functional, global procurement environment.
Experienced in utilizing procurement technology and conducting spend analysis to support data-driven sourcing decisions.
