Own end-to-end governance and delivery accountability for all Services under Support, Managed Services, and Consulting for the Anthropic Claude Platform engagement.
Lead the Transition governance from outgoing providers to steady state operations, driving execution of the four-phase program timeline and ensuring knowledge transfer.
Manage service level performance (SL-1 to SL-8), incident/change processes, risk mitigation during stabilization, and serve as primary escalation point to customer executives.

Experienced in managing structured transition and mobilization programs with strong governance skills (RACI, transition charter, cutover planning).
Skilled in executive-level communication and stakeholder management, capable of chairing governance forums and steering committees.
Familiarity with AI/GenAI platform operations, preferably with direct experience on Anthropic Claude or comparable enterprise AI platforms.
