Deliver an LLM-powered feature into production within the first 90 days of joining MoxSuite.
Develop and enhance bilingual English/Arabic AI assistant components into reusable, enterprise-grade modules.
Implement evaluation metrics, guardrails, and telemetry for client-facing AI workflows to ensure robustness and monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 7 years of relevant experience working with AI applications, specifically with LLM-powered systems.
Proven experience shipping LLM applications to production users, including RAG, agents, or assistants.
Strong Python programming skills and experience with at least one production stack (Node.js/TypeScript preferred).
Experience with evaluation, guardrails, and observability tools for AI systems; must treat AI software with software engineering rigor.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has practical experience operating in a bilingual English/Arabic content environment, preferably with understanding of GCC market context.
Operates with a software engineering mindset towards AI rather than experimental or academic — focused on production-readiness and user impact.
Comfortable working in a hybrid, startup-like environment building core AI intelligence for enterprise clients with fast, iterative delivery.
