Minimum Requirements
3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Proven experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services with service-oriented architecture.
Strong coding skills with experience in Golang and/or Java, writing high quality, well tested code.
Location: Remote-first with expectation of quarterly in-person work sessions ("surges").

Experienced engineer comfortable leading technical design and architectural decisions in complex security-focused systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables independently while mentoring peers.
Strong communication skills enabling collaboration with engineers, product managers, designers, and senior leadership to align on technical and product vision.
