Minimum Requirements
10+ years of recruiting experience, including significant work with or for top Indian System Integrators.
Deep knowledge of IT services, technology consulting, and staffing sectors.
Strong understanding of the US market, particularly work authorization and compliance.
Must be based in the United States as this is a 100% remote US-based role.

Experienced independent recruiter capable of managing freelance/contract engagements effectively.
Proven ability to operate with leading Indian SIs and understand their hiring demands.
Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and offer closing capabilities within US IT services/consulting context.
