Minimum Requirements
8 years total experience; 5-8 years in Software Engineering, Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or Platform Engineering.
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript required.
Experience with REST APIs, API architectures, API lifecycle management, and related security practices including OWASP API Security Top 10.
Experience with cloud platforms, API gateways (e.g. Akamai, Apigee), databases, and building enterprise-scale API/integration solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical leader with solid software engineering background combined with deep API security expertise.
Experienced in building automation and integrations for API security within complex enterprise environments.
Strong operational focus on improving API inventory management, security posture metrics, and risk-based prioritization.
