Strong operational management, change readiness, and product/solution deployment experience.
Deep understanding of risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory frameworks in financial services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Securities Services with deep knowledge of Reconciliations transformation and CIB business context.
Skilled in managing senior stakeholder relationships and influencing across organizational levels.
Familiar with agile delivery methodologies and working in fast-paced, global, cross-functional environments.
