Own end-to-end accounting operations in Odoo 12 ERP including vendor bills, customer invoices, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
Manage GST and TDS compliance including returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), e-invoice, e-way bill, and TDS filings.
Lead monthly closing activities—P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, MIS reporting—and liaise with auditors and tax consultants.
Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in core accounting and finance.
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter.
Hands-on experience with Odoo, Tally, or comparable accounting ERP; Odoo 12 experience is strongly preferred.
Location: On-site at RDP HQ, Nacharam, Hyderabad.
Experienced in manufacturing, IT hardware, or B2B finance environments to align with business verticals.
Proficient with advanced Excel functions (vlookup, pivots) for data analysis and cleaning.
Disciplined in managing month-end closing timelines and audit-ready documentation processes.
