Own the building and maintenance of new sales analytic and forecasting models to support sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
Perform variance, trend, product mix, pipeline analyses, and create financial, Board, and key metric reporting to drive strategic decision making.
Design, develop, and deliver reports and dashboards, manage expense forecasts for Sales and Marketing including commissions modeling, and lead process improvements and automation for reporting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in relevant field.
3-5 years of Financial Planning & Analysis or similar experience.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP/planning software (Workday Adaptive/OfficeConnect, Netsuite, Salesforce), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in relevant financial analysis roles; location Pune, India with 2nd or 3rd shift work hours; Employment eligibility to work without visa sponsorship required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in software industry financial planning and analysis, especially sales forecasting and budgeting.
Demonstrated ability to build scalable, repeatable financial models and automate reporting processes to reduce turnaround time.
Capable of managing relationships across organizational levels including Executive Leadership, with strong quantitative and statistical analysis skills.
