Commercial & Investment Bank - Strategy - Executive Director

Lead and manage high-priority strategic initiatives and projects within the Commercial & Investment Bank, addressing complex organizational problems.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing decision-making and delivering executive-level strategy narratives and actionable roadmaps.

Drive growth and visibility of the India Strategy team through leadership in training, AI agenda advancement, and talent hiring/development.

10+ years of experience including top-tier strategy/management consulting at Associate Partner/Principal/Director level with leadership of large teams and C-Suite engagement.

MBA or postgraduate degree with financial services domain expertise.

Strong relationship management and executive communication skills; experience with global cross-functional teams.

Experience applying innovation and emerging technologies (AI/ML/RPA) in financial services strategy.

Proven track record leading complex strategic projects in commercial and investment banking or large financial institutions.

Experienced in collaborating with senior executives and influencing cross-functional stakeholders globally.

Skilled in integrating AI and data analytics into business problem-solving and strategic insights.
