Lead SAP PP and QM configuration and validation workshops, ensuring functional designs are signed off and aligned with process owners.
Design and configure SAP PP discrete manufacturing components and QM master data, inspection lifecycle, and quality processes across multiple plants.
Manage integration of PP–QM–MM–SD and SAP Digital Manufacturing modules, prepare testing, and author related documentation including configuration and training materials.
At least 8 years SAP consulting experience with 5+ full-lifecycle implementations in PP and QM modules.
Minimum 2 implementations on SAP S/4HANA 1909 or later.
Deep expertise in QM and PP configuration for discrete manufacturing in regulated or traceability-critical environments (e.g., automotive, electronics, medical devices).
Proven experience with PP–QM–MM–SD integration including SAP S/4HANA QM and MES/shop-floor execution layers.
Experience running fit/gap workshops and producing auditable functional specifications and test scripts, demonstrating strong process and configuration judgment.
Background in regulated discrete manufacturing sectors requiring strict quality management and traceability.
Prior exposure to SAP Digital Manufacturing integration and working with global S/4HANA templates, preferably with cross-functional or multi-plant configurations.
