Commercial & Investment Bank - Strategy - Executive Director

Lead and deliver strategic initiatives across Commercial & Investment Bank addressing complex business challenges and influencing senior leadership.

Drive rigorous analysis, develop executive-level narratives and actionable roadmaps, and ensure quality and timely project outcomes.

Mentor and develop team members, contribute to upskilling efforts, and support AI integration and hiring within the India Strategy team.

Minimum 10+ years of experience including senior roles in top-tier strategy/management consulting, leading large teams and working with C-suite executives.

Strong relationship management and executive communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.

MBA or postgraduate degree with financial services domain expertise.

Work Experience Required: 10+ years in strategy consulting or related leadership roles.

Experienced leader in financial services strategy, preferably with Commercial & Investment Bank strategy within a large financial institution.

Skilled in cross-functional collaboration in diverse, global environments with a strong operational and entrepreneurial mindset.

Expertise in leveraging innovation and emerging technologies (AI, ML, RPA) to drive business transformation.
