Minimum Requirements
5+ years of backend development experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Java backend development including Java EE frameworks like Spring MVC or Hibernate, and experience designing scalable RESTful services.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and maintaining high-performance, large-scale backend systems in a payment processing or related industry.
Proficient in Java backend frameworks and cloud infrastructure, capable of making independent technical decisions following industry best practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
