Handle troubleshooting, maintenance, capacity monitoring, backup management, and act as escalation point for complex issues.
Minimum Requirements
3-4 years experience in storage and backup engineering or administration.
2-3 years hands-on with storage solutions like NetApp, Dell, Pure, Infinidat, and cloud storage.
Experience with enterprise backup software such as Cohesity, Rubrik, and disaster recovery processes.
Experience with storage protocols (Fibre Channel, NFS, SMB/CIFS, S3, iSCSI) and virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere or other hypervisors).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing large-scale enterprise storage and backup environments with proven troubleshooting skills.
Ability to automate and streamline storage/backup tasks using scripting tools like PowerShell or Python.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced technical support roles requiring escalation management.
