Software Engineer III - Java, Spring, Kafka, AWS

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable software solutions primarily using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka within an agile team.

Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to improve code quality, development speed, and team effectiveness while ensuring secure coding practices.

Produce architecture and design artifacts, identify hidden data problems, and drive continuous improvement for software applications and system stability.

3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.

Proficient in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Kafka event streaming, microservices architecture, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Practical experience with software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and software debugging in a large corporate environment.

Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.

Experienced in building complex event-driven systems with attention to operational stability and security.

Comfortable working in agile teams and leveraging AI tools to enhance software delivery and quality.

Skilled in architecture design and data analysis to identify and resolve underlying system problems improving system resiliency.
