Experience in global rollout projects and production support with incident management and SLA adherence.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred; Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical certification(s) preferred.
Experienced in executing large-scale global ERP transformation and rollout programs involving multiple geographies and cross-cultural teams.
Proficient in both hands-on technical development and strategic technical design, including template architecture and complex integrations.
Comfortable operating with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and production support environments that require incident management and performance tuning.
