Responsible for delivering complete software solutions covering all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including design, implementation, testing, delivery, and operations.
Advise management on project-level technical issues and provide guidance to junior engineers.
Operate independently with little supervision while applying technical best practices and making technical decisions aligned with internal conventions and industry standards.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of relevant software development experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with both Node.js and Java in production environments preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to deliver end-to-end software solutions independently and provide technical leadership within a project context.
Comfortable advising management and mentoring junior engineers, indicating seniority and strong project understanding.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), AI integration patterns and LLM APIs, and NoSQL databases will significantly enhance fit.
