Shape, develop, and scale Azure-based data platforms and solutions to transform engineering data use across pharma projects.
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and scalable, secure data architectures using Microsoft Fabric and Azure services.
Lead best practices for data quality, performance, observability, governance, and implement DevOps CI/CD practices for data solutions.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in data engineering.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
Strong experience with SQL and Python; experience with ETL/ELT processes mandatory.
Experience with Microsoft Azure services, especially Azure Synapse Analytics and/or Microsoft Fabric; Azure DevOps knowledge considered a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and operating enterprise-scale data pipelines and Lakehouse/Warehouse data models.
Able to take technical ownership, make design decisions, and mentor junior engineers while balancing hands-on development with stakeholder engagement.
Knowledgeable in data governance, cataloguing, lineage, quality frameworks, and operational support for critical data products.
