Act as Technical Lead of a cross-functional Agile Scrum POD, owning project planning, design, coding, and test planning with 70%+ hands-on technical contribution.
Drive cross-organizational collaboration to solve complex technical challenges, mentor engineers, and ensure measurable business outcomes such as reducing lead-to-cash cycle time.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience architecting and designing Oracle ERP & SaaS finance applications.
BTech/MTech in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful or GraphQL web services, React JS, AWS, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and leading cross-functional technical teams.
