Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for storage and backup environments ensuring reliability, security, and high data availability.
Manage and optimize enterprise storage arrays including SAN, NAS, and cloud storage, as well as backup solutions like Cohesity and Veritas NetBackup.
Diagnose and resolve complex storage and backup issues, perform maintenance, manage hardware lifecycle, and handle escalations from Tier 1 support.
Minimum Requirements
3-4 years of experience in storage and backup engineering or administration required.
2-3 years of hands-on experience with modern storage solutions (NetApp, Dell, Pure, Infinidat) and enterprise backup software (Cohesity, Rubrik).
Experience with storage protocols (Fibre Channel, NFS, SMB/CIFS, S3, iSCSI) and virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere or others).
Experience with automation/scripting (PowerShell or Python), system administration (Windows and Linux/Unix), and ticketing systems (ServiceNow or JIRA).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex storage and backup infrastructures in fast-paced environments.
Skilled in troubleshooting at Tier 2 level and performing data recovery and disaster recovery operations.
Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maintain business continuity and data integrity.
