Design, develop, and deploy intelligent autonomous AI agents capable of perception, reasoning, and action to transform workflows and customer experiences.
Integrate AI agents with external enterprise systems via REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms ensuring scalability, performance, and security in multi-agent environments.
Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to align AI agent capabilities with business objectives and explore emerging AI technologies including Generative AI and LLM orchestration.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of software development experience including AI/ML project exposure.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
Hands-on experience developing AI agents with frameworks such as Google ADK, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
Strong programming skills in Go, Rust, or Python; knowledge of PL/SQL or Java is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building custom AI agents for enterprise workflows like service request triage and proactive support.
Skilled in LLM integration, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration and agent lifecycle management.
Capable of working remotely with a US or Canada location; able to attend an in-person meeting during hiring process.
