Strong knowledge of operational management, change readiness, product/solution deployment, and regulatory compliance in financial services.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in Reconciliations and Securities Services within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB).
Experienced in managing senior stakeholder relationships and influencing at all organizational levels.
Proficient in end-to-end change management and familiar with agile delivery methodologies in fast-paced, cross-functional global environments.
