Own and execute the South Asia NVIDIA Inception programme strategy, including setting regional priorities, coverage model, and forecasting pipeline and consumption.
Lead and develop a team of Inception Partner and Community Managers across India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and neighboring markets, driving commercial outcomes and technical adoption among start-ups.
Build and manage partnerships with OEMs, resellers, cloud partners, VCs, accelerators, research institutions, and government bodies to grow the AI start-up ecosystem and increase NVIDIA platform adoption.
12+ years experience in start-up ecosystem development, developer or partner programmes, technology alliances, business development or technical sales, including at least 5 years in team leadership roles.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree is welcome but not mandatory.
Demonstrated ownership of commercial targets with track record of converting early-stage relationships into revenue or significant platform adoption.
Working technical fluency in AI and accelerated computing (GPU architecture, model training/inference, cloud vs on-premises trade-offs).
Strong network and deep knowledge of the South Asian start-up ecosystem including founders, investors, accelerators, incubators, and policy environment.
Experience operating successfully in large matrixed organizations, influencing multiple stakeholders such as sales, marketing, engineering, and executives without formal authority.
Proven ability to engage technically and commercially with start-up founders and CTOs, and to lead go-to-market partnerships with cloud providers and resellers in India and South Asia.
