Oversee end-to-end reconciliation process across multiple business lines ensuring timely and accurate account reconciliation.
Maintain relationships and coordinate with custodians, brokers, internal Front and Middle Office teams to resolve exceptions and operational issues promptly within SLA.
Prepare and provide management information reporting on process performance, risks, and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
Minimum 5 years work experience in investment operations or related financial process.
Bachelor's degree preferred (University Degree).
Must have proven experience in handling reconciliation processes and coordinating with multiple internal and external teams.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years; 7+ years preferred
Experienced in investment operations with strong expertise in custodial and brokerage relationships, and fund/portfolio transactions.
Capable of managing process exceptions and driving corrective/preventive actions through cross-functional coordination.
Comfortable working in a regulated environment with responsibility for continuous process improvement and risk management.
