Minimum Requirements
8–10 years of hands-on experience in Linux/Unix production environments.
Proven experience with AWS cloud technologies including EC2, Lambda, S3, Batch, and State Machines.
4+ years of expert-level experience with monitoring tools Zabbix, Grafana, and Datadog.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience; Must be flexible for rotational shifts (no graveyard shift).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing hybrid cloud infrastructure with deep Linux and AWS operational expertise.
Proficient in configuration management and automation using Puppet, Ansible, Bash, and Python scripting.
Capable of operating in a global, shift-based production support environment with collaborative communication across multiple time zones.
