Drive Straight Through Processing (STP), operational efficiency, and productivity within the treasury operations unit.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years of relevant experience in treasury operations with hands-on experience in Fixed Income and Bonds.
Graduation in any discipline with exposure to Treasury management and compliance.
Strong understanding of key RBI regulations affecting treasury operations.
Location requirement: Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing cross-functional relationships with Front Office, audits, regulators, and internal teams.
Deep product knowledge of Fixed Income and Bonds in the Indian market with ability to guide teams and stakeholders.
Proven expertise in driving treasury process improvements, handling treasury systems, and interpreting operational data/dashboards.
