Experience managing production databases in on-premise and cloud environments (AWS RDS, Azure Managed DBs).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments with budget and resource management.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with application engineering, cloud DevOps, and security teams in multi-cloud and hybrid setups.
Technical proficiency in programming/scripting (Python, Go, Java, C++, Ruby), automation/configuration management (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack), and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).
