Minimum Requirements
3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce development: Apex, LWC, Aura Components, REST and SOAP integrations, and Salesforce administration (customizations, flows, reports).
Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and ability to evaluate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD processes, and experience with version control tools like GitHub.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced Salesforce developer with strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, and Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce).
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI-assisted coding tools responsibly and guide peers on secure and effective AI use in engineering workflows.
Familiar with complex system design and able to work with large diverse data sets to drive continuous improvements and operational stability.
