Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
5+ years experience in data governance and metadata management.
5+ years development experience in testing automations and metadata management tools (Collibra, Atacama); 4+ years using ALM tools, Java/Python/UNIX/SQL, and Snowflake.

Experienced in leading test strategies and automation within data governance, metadata management, and large-scale enterprise platforms.
Strong cross-functional collaborator working closely with Agile squads, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver within governance and compliance frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams, deliver scalable testing frameworks, and maintain high production readiness and quality standards in complex environments.
