Design, implement, and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) solutions covering inspection planning, execution, quality notifications, batch release, and certification processes.
Own delivery lifecycle including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, validation, and operational support within regulated FDA and GxP environments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Enterprise teams to integrate quality processes with MES, LIMS, Batch Release Hub, and cloud platforms, while driving digital transformation using AI, automation, and analytics.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
5–7+ years of SAP Quality Management experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
Experience supporting FDA-regulated and GxP-compliant environments with documented validation, traceability, and audit readiness.
Strong knowledge of SAP QM integrations with production (PP/PI), materials (MM, IM), warehouse (WM/EWM), MES, and LIMS systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced SAP QM specialist with deep knowledge of regulated quality processes in pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing.
Able to lead complex integrations and digital quality transformations using AI, GenAI, automation, and cloud technologies in compliance-heavy environments.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring in enterprise-scale SAP quality solution deployments.
