Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ components including workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, and provisioning processes.
Automate provisioning and integrate SailPoint IIQ with systems such as AD/Azure AD, HR systems, ServiceNow, and databases using Python/PowerShell and REST APIs.
Support identity governance processes like Segregation of Duties (SoD), access reviews, audit compliance, and provide ongoing production support and performance optimization.
Minimum Requirements
6–8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) focusing on SailPoint IdentityIQ development.
Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML/JSON, REST APIs, automation scripting, and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Strong knowledge of IAM concepts including RBAC, Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) lifecycle, provisioning, and certifications.
Location requirement: Chennai or Gurgaon.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in integrating SailPoint IIQ with enterprise systems such as Active Directory (AD)/Azure AD, HR systems, and ServiceNow, showing strong technical integration skills.
Comfortable developing automation solutions using scripting languages (Python/PowerShell) and managing CI/CD pipelines, reflecting an operational mindset.
Understands governance and compliance needs in IAM, capable of supporting audit processes and access reviews effectively.
