Senior Lead Engineer, Testing

Investigate and reproduce customer issues, validate fixes, and improve regression test coverage across multiple products and client variants.

Guide Automation Design Specialists on reusable test design, framework patterns, and foster consistent automation standards across teams.

Support adoption and rollout of the enterprise test automation platform and influence its roadmap through documented platform gaps and practical recommendations.

3+ years experience supporting or leading an enterprise-scale test automation platform.

Strong manual testing skills including defect investigation, regression testing, and release validation.

Hands-on experience with Selenium and/or Playwright automation tools.

Experience with API testing, database validation, test data management, CI/CD integration, and Git branching for multiple products/clients.

Experienced tester who can balance manual validation and automation strategy across complex, multi-role, and multi-variant enterprise products.

Able to influence teams to adopt automation practices and standards without formal authority, showing technical leadership and communication skills.

Skilled at evaluating different automation approaches (platform vs coded) and guiding design for reusable, maintainable test frameworks.
