Own the deployment, integration, and support of AI/ML solutions and ML pipelines in enterprise customer environments.
Act as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams to translate requirements and resolve technical issues.
Drive successful adoption and operation of AI/ML solutions including on-site work and on-call support as needed.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience with AI/ML solution deployment or production support in enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in AI/ML systems, ML pipelines, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, DevOps, and troubleshooting across application to infrastructure layers.
Experience in client-facing technical roles with ability to gather requirements and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Willingness to travel and work from customer premises within India and potentially internationally.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise AI/ML implementation with proven ability to manage complex customer deployments and technical coordination.
Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and technical communication skills suited for bridging customer and engineering teams.
Proficient in optimizing processes through agentic AI models and autonomous engineering approaches, capable of effective collaboration across multiple internal teams.
